Andy Klein

Raised in KC, Andy was introduced to welding by watching his Dad work on old cars. He worked his entire career in the engineering and bridge industry and take inspiration for the sculpture of the clocks from the simple shapes and lines seen in modern bridges and structures where form follows function. Married with two children, his other recurring theme is parent and child.

The clocks are mostly made from material picked up at scrap yards. Clocks are something we look at in one form or another constantly. What a great reason to make some that are pleasing to observe. That is Andy’s goal!
